Delete your MarketDash account

You can delete your MarketDash account at any time. Deleting it removes your login, your chats, your watchlists, your brokerage connections, and your profile from our systems. There are two ways to do it.

1. From the MarketDash app

1. Open the MarketDash app on your phone and sign in.
2. Tap the person icon at the top of the Home screen to open Account.
3. Scroll to About and tap Delete account.
4. Read what will be removed, then confirm.

Your login is disabled right away and the app signs you out on every device. Signing in with that email again is not possible unless you create a new account.

2. By email

Send a message to support@marketdash.io from the email address on the account with the subject "Delete my MarketDash account". We confirm the request from that address, then delete the account. You do not need to be signed in to use this option.

What is deleted, and when

• Your login and profile: disabled immediately.
• Your chats, watchlists, brokerage connections, portfolio history, and app settings: removed within 30 days. You receive an email at the address on the account when this is done.
• Billing records: kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted. They are not used for anything else.

Paid memberships

If you pay for your membership on marketdash.com, it is cancelled as part of the deletion and you are not charged again. If you subscribed through the App Store, deleting your account does not cancel that subscription: cancel it in your App Store subscription settings first so you are not charged again.
